Prepares operating budget for review and approval by the Board of Directors.
Bylaws
Propose changes, additions, or deletions to the organization's Bylaws as needed.
Education
Will help promote & encourage Continuing Education by coordinating local education opportunities and create various ways to spread the word to all the members.
Government Affairs
To create political awareness among members and promote Realtor's active participation in politics on all levels.
Long Range Planning
Review and address long-range ideas and goals for the association.
Program
Coordinate and plan membership events/activities.
Public Relations/Membership
Coordinate and plan community events/activities. Promote and recognize Realtor and Affiliate's involvement in these efforts via social media, media, and others.
R.P.A.C.
Endorse and encourage association/membership to understand the process and benefits of financial backing to our representatives who support any Government issue in Real Estate.
Technology
To search, evaluate and share technology that will support and enhance s'member's business.
Forms
Add, review, update, and correct forms used by the GFAAR.
Mortgage Finance
Group of lenders, agents, & appraisers who gather to share information on what is going on in their profession. Limited to 8 Realtors.
Realtor of the Year
To select members from our association who have been nominated and have met the criteria for the local Realtor, Affiliate, and Rookie of the year honors.
