We are looking for Agents who would like to run for a position to be on the Board of Directors for next year. If you would be interested in running for one of the positions below, please select the position you would like to be nominated for and fill out the information below by August 8th, 2025.

**Must be a member of the Grand Forks Area Association of Realtors **

• President-Elect:
  • Must have previously served on the GFAAR board of directors to run for this position
  • 3-year commitment on the BOD’s.
  • National, state, and local meeting requirements. Other duties.
• Secretary:
  • 1-year term on the BOD’s
  • Local meeting requirements
  • Takes meeting minutes at all BOD meetings. Other duties.
• Treasurer:
  • 2-year term on the BOD’s
  • Collaborates with VP to assist in checks & balances of the board’s finances
  • Local meeting requirements. Other duties.
• 1 Year Director:
  • 1-year term on BOD’s
  • Local meeting requirements. Other duties.
• MAR Director:
  • 3-year term on BOD’s.
  • Attends the MN state meetings approximately 3 times/year & returns with a report to the board
  • If elected, you must join the MN Association of Realtors (do not need to be MN resident to run for this position)
  • Local meeting requirements. Other duties.
