The course highlights how the Minnesota Department of Commerce handles complaints—from investigation to resolution—including possible revocations, suspensions, fines, or gross misdemeanor charges. Participants will learn the process, common pitfalls, and strategies to avoid violations in the future.

The Title Team will be sponsoring this class and will be providing cookies/dessert.
