 What to Expect

• A kettle and bell will be at your assigned location when you arrive.
• If another ringer is already there, simply let them know you’re the next scheduled volunteer and take over when it’s your time.
• As you ring, cheerfully wish shoppers a “Merry Christmas” and thank them for their donations.
• When your shift ends, place the bell and apron on the kettle stand for the next volunteer. You’re free to leave, even if you have the final shift of the day.
• Please take one photo of your ringing experience and email it to gfaar@gfndrealtors.com so we can share it on our social media pages! 😊

 PLEASE NOTE: all locations are indoors or in entryways, but doors will be opening and closing frequently — so please dress warmly and stay cozy while you ring!!
